Insomnia studio's shippings are sent by Amphora Logistics S.L. with several couriers.

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and within the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Orders made outside these hours are processed the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays.

Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase.

In-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days, Pre-order items ship from the estimated shown on the product page.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are approximations. Delays can occur due to factors like payment authorization, stock availability, and customs processing.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and they may vary depending on the country you are shipping to. The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically at checkout and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment. 

Please note orders shipped outside EU, US, or UK may carry additional customs charges. These fee are determined by the customs authorities of the destination countries. Insomnia Studio is not responsible and can not offer refunds for them. 

If an order is rejected and returned to us, any duties and taxes charged by the shipping carrier will be deducted from the refund.
